Nothing to link up inside. Talks to everything outside.
Putting your business in one place doesn't mean cutting it off from everything else. You'll always use things Nexcubator shouldn't replace — your bank, whatever your accountant files with, a machine on the factory floor, a customer's own website, the one app a team will never give up.
Connecting to those comes with it. You switch them on. There's nothing extra to buy and nothing to build.
Ready-made links to the usual things
Your bank, card payments, the payroll bureau, tax filing, email and calendar. They're part of the product — not a more expensive plan, and not charged by the job by some other company whose prices you can't control.
Works with AI assistants you already use
If your company uses an AI assistant, it can read and act on the same information — following the same rules about who can see what, and leaving the same record of what it did. No copy of your data goes anywhere else.
And the other way round
Nexcubator can also go and read something in another system when it needs to. So it can check a fact before chasing a bill, without anyone building a special connection first.
And the door out
Anything you can do on screen, your own developers can do from their own software. And you can take all your information out, in a normal format, whenever you like, without asking us. A product that's hard to leave has stopped trying to be worth staying with.
For the technically minded: this is a standard API, webhooks, and an MCP server in both directions. Your IT team will know what that means; you don't need to.
