You pay for the parts you switched on.
Nexcubator is nine modules, all in beta. You turn on the ones you need, and when paid plans launch, those are the ones you are billed for.
Switch one on
A firm doing scheduled work starts with Booking. That is one module, and one module is what appears on the bill. Finance costs nothing until the day somebody switches it on.
Switch another on
Six months later the same firm adds Projects, because the jobs coming out of those bookings need tracking. Now it is two modules. Nothing else about the price changes.
Switch one off
If a module turns out not to suit how you work, turn it off. The price goes back down. Your records stay where they are, and turning it back on picks up where you left off.
Charging per seat breaks the thing you bought it for.
The whole argument for one system is that everything is in it. The moment you pay per head, you start deciding who is worth a licence.
So the part-time bookkeeper who logs four hours a month stays on the spreadsheet. The lad on the vans never gets an account. And within a quarter the system that was supposed to hold the whole business holds about two thirds of it, which is the same as holding none of it, because now nobody trusts the numbers coming out.
We would rather charge you for what you switched on and let you put every single person in it. Fifty people or five, a module costs what a module costs.
What is free right now
Everything, during the beta. No card, no trial clock, and no obligation to carry on when paid plans arrive.
Prices will be published in euro before paid plans launch, so nobody is ever asked to commit to a number they have not seen.

What does it cost today?
Nothing. Every module is free during the beta, there is no card to enter, and there is no countdown running in the background.
Is the AI assistant included?
nex-genie, including Genie in meetings, is a premium add-on to your subscription. Every answer, recap and set of meeting notes runs on an AI model and speech-to-text that cost money each time they are used, so it is priced on its own rather than folded into every module. Its price will be published before it launches, like every other price. During the beta it is available by invitation.
Do I pay for every person who uses it?
No. The price follows the modules you have switched on, not the number of people signed in. Put everybody in it.
When do paid plans start, and at what price?
When the full platform lands. Every price will be published before the module it applies to launches, so you will see the number well before you are asked to pay it.
Is there a contract to sign?
No lock-in. Either side can end it with thirty days’ notice, and you can close the account yourself.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your records are deleted on request, within thirty days, including from backups on their normal cycle. Until export is available in the product, ask us and we will provide your data in a standard format. Retention settings will arrive with the full platform.
Where is my data held?
In the EU by default, or in the region you prefer. The sub-processor list naming everyone who touches customer data is published in full.
Do you charge to set up teams, roles and approvals?
No. You describe the structure in plain English and it configures itself, so there is no setup fee and no support ticket. Paid development work is for the bespoke: a calculation unique to your trade, or a system nobody else connects to.
Can I try it before deciding anything?
That is what the beta is for. Switch on a module, run real work through it, and decide later whether the rest of the platform is for you.
