Most companies run on a dozen subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Nexcubator is built on a different idea: every business process (booking, meetings, projects, people, customers, money, support) as one connected, agentic workflow, with an AI assistant that works across all of it.

Why we're building it

Small teams, startups, freelancers working with remote teams and large organisations all hit the same wall: the data lives everywhere, the team is out of sync, and the tools that were supposed to help need their own integrations to stay in step. Every switch between apps is a place for something to slip.

Nexcubator removes the switching. When a booking, a meeting decision, a customer email and an invoice all live in the same platform, the assistant can connect them, and you stop being the integration.

How we roll out

Module by module, the way a business actually adopts software. Scheduling (nex-cal), meetings (nex-meet), objectives and growth (nex-okl) and the AI assistant (nex-genie) are in beta with the rest of the platform, and each module joins the same shared data from day one.

Your data, in the EU

Hosted in the EU by default, or in the region you prefer. Your records stay in your account. Meetings are never recorded, and are transcribed only if the organiser brings in the Genie assistant.
